Business and Finance Coordinator
Julie-Ann has been working with the Committee for Geelong for the past two years as a finance contractor. She has previously worked with the NAB as a business banker. Julie-Ann recently completed her Business Analytics Degree at Deakin University.
Corporate Affairs Manager
Julie is performing Holly Earl’s Corporate Affairs Manager role whilst she is on Maternity Leave. Julie is passionate about politics, community, creativity and continuous improvement. She enjoys being the conduit between people, ideas and information, and building and enabling strong, collaborative teamwork.

Holly joined the Committee after running a small business on the Great Ocean Road where she managed community engagement, marketing, events and training. Previously, Holly has worked in international education and global events in China. Holly holds a Master of Journalism and Master of International Development & Environmental Analysis and Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Chinese Language & Culture.

Marketing & Events Administrator
Caro supports the Committee’s organisation of in-person and virtually held events.
Originally from Ireland, Caro has built her event management experience through various roles in London and Australia over the past 15 years. She holds a BA in Economics and Sociology and Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations and Event Management.
Since moving to the Bellarine, Caro has worked for Give Where You Live Foundation and is keen to continue doing community-focused work through her role at the Committee.
Leadership Portfolio Facilitator
Catherine is a passionate and dedicated Leadership development specialist with over 20 years’ experience, both nationally and internationally. A popular and in-demand Speaker, Facilitator and Leadership Coach, Catherine has worked with tens of thousands of people in all kinds of organisations to help them discover their authentic strengths and truly shine. Catherine’s approach is grounded in the science of Applied Positive Psychology, using research-backed methods to build team, leadership and organisational capability and resilience. A respected leader herself in the Professional Coaching and HR fields, Catherine holds formal qualifications in Business, Positive Psychology, HR, Coaching and Mental Health. With a corporate background, strong commitment to community development and a down-to-earth approach, this Geelong local brings her unique blend of science, heart and energy to every interaction.

Leadership Portfolio Administrator
Tayyaba works alongside the Leadership Portfolio Facilitator, Catherine Bell, and in collaboration with the Committee for Geelong team, in providing administrative support to deliver the Leaders for Geelong program, Activate programs, events and other Leadership Portfolio initiatives.
Tayyaba has worked with numerous organisations around Geelong such as Deakin University, the DUELI Leadership program, and Carbon Revolution. She has also been a part of Study Geelong as International Student Ambassador representing Geelong and promoting its educational facilities at an international level.
Tayyaba has completed her Masters in Management and Leadership from Deakin University and Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Electronics and Wireless Communications. Tayyaba has also participated in numerous workshops which helped to enhance her communication and management skills.
