Executive Office Manager
Paula Allan has worked in executive support/management roles across major organisations including Nike, The Age, The Herald Sun and The University of Melbourne. Paula oversees all operations for the Committee for Geelong. Prior to this role, Paula was the general manager of marketing for a local not-for-profit organisation.

Leadership Portfolio Manager
Janelle has joined the Committee from Karingal St Laurence where she worked in Organisational Learning and Development. Previously, Janelle worked in the Vocational Education sector for many years managing programs from Event Management to the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Janelle oversees the Committee for Geelong’s Leadership Portfolio.

Caitlin graduated in Media and Communications from Deakin University with a double major in Literature and Journalism. Since then, Caitlin has worked in radio, publishing, communications, advertising and social media. Caitlin oversees the Committee for Geelong’s communications and membership portfolio.

Nikita graduated in event management and marketing at La Trobe University in Bendigo. Nikita has previously assisted in the event coordination for local community groups including the Bendigo Easter Festival. Nikita provides assistance to Committee for Geelong projects and events.
