Use our Skills Bank

Can we help your organisation to find the right person for the vacancy on your Board or Committee? Local community sector organisations are invited to use our Skills Bank.

If you have a board or committee vacancy, we might be able to help.  Or perhaps you're looking for people with specific skills who can assist you with a short term project.  Alumni of our Leadership programs, and the Committee for Geelong's network of organisations have people with high level skills in a range of fields who may be available.

Matching the right person to your position will take place through a collaborative process.  Your needs will be discussed and clarified before the search for the right person begins.  Alumni with the appropriate skill set will be identified and you will be introduced.

The search can take place through a confidential approach or you may prefer your vacancy to be advertised more widely through the Alumni newsletter and on this website.

The Skills Bank makes every endeavour to assist but cannot promise to fill all requests.

Please complete this short online form to commence your request.
