Activate #2 - Week 6
Business Partner - Acute (Acting)
Today there was a shift from our personal/career journeys to
that of our role in making our community a better place.

On reflection, I think the current Activate group have already
shown their willingness to participate in the Geelong community and
I hope we all find a way to make an indelible mark.
I want to thank them all for their active interest in my journey
and the earnest examples of care and consideration shown through
the various coaching and problem solving exercises we've undertaken
Given that I am at an organisation experiencing significant
transformational change, this half day out of the office a week
arms and fortifies me to deal more effectively with the many
challenges that arise each day.
I only hope that I have reciprocated this kindness and effected
change in others as they have in me.
Whilst reflection has tremendous power, care from others in your
community can truly transform individuals/communities and
ultimately makes everyone's lives fuller and more enjoyable.
